RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the product is returned without its original packaging, it may suffer a depreciation. However, it is also possible to return products that have a manufacturing defect, that have been incorrectly delivered or that do not correspond to those purchased through our website. To this end, the return procedure will begin when the withdrawal document is sent by fax or e-mail, together with the proof of purchase of the products, within the established deadline.
Together with the product, the Withdrawal Document must also be sent, duly completed, according to the model attached to these General Conditions.
Once the product has been received by Canary Islands Luxury SL, and verified that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, within the maximum term of 14 working days, Canary Islands Luxury SL will refund the purchase price of the returned product, using the same method in which the payment was made. If the payment was made through a deposit account, the User must indicate a current account into which to make the return payment.
Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal; shipping costs: The consumer will not suffer any penalty following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The consumer will return the purchased product to Canary Islands Luxury SL and will receive a refund of the amount paid, to which the shipping costs of the returned product will be deducted, unless it was the consumer who returned the same at his own expense.

4. Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
5. Contracts for the supply of services whose execution has begun, with the agreement of the consumer and the User, before the expiry of the term of seven working days.
6. Betting Agreements and Lottery Services.
7. For reasons of hygiene, INTIMATE PRODUCTS cannot be returned or replaced.
APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
Recognition of the guarantee in favor of consumers and users: The products offered on our website have the guarantee established in the general law for the defense of consumers and users, so that Canary Islands Luxury SL, as the seller of the same, is liable for this towards our Users under the conditions recognized by current regulations.
Lack of conformity of the product: The guarantee will cover situations in which there is a lack of conformity of the acquired product, meaning as such that the product does not meet the conditions established in article 116 of the law.
Terms of the Warranty Period: The warranty covers products purchased by users who are consumers and / or Users, in accordance with the legislation in force, and by entrepreneurs who carry out the trade, whether they are natural persons or legal persons.
The warranty period begins to run when the product is delivered to the user and will remain in effect for a period of two (2) years for consumers and users and for one (1) year for entrepreneurs.
During the first six (6) months of this term, it is assumed that the lack of conformity of the product already existed at the time of delivery; must, starting from the sixth month, prove to the user that the lack of conformity of the product was not caused by actions, omissions or lack of adequate maintenance.
Delivery of the purchase invoice: When requesting the guarantee from Canary Islands Luxury SL, it is necessary to provide a copy of the invoice and delivery document of the purchased product.
Contents of the guarantee: The guarantee of the purchased products may consist in the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the purchase contract of these.
In the event that the repair and replacement of the products represent equally balanced and reasonable options, both for the technical and for the economic aspect, the User can choose between both.
In any case, the repair and replacement of the product will be free for the User, since Canary Islands Luxury SL will be responsible for the total costs necessary for the provision of the guarantee, including the costs of transport and / or shipment of the products, the costs of parts or labor or anything else necessary to restore the conformity of the product.
The repair or replacement of the goods will be provided by Canary Islands Luxury SL as soon as possible, taking into account the nature or usefulness of the goods and, individually, as regards the products subject to warranty that must be repaired by the manufacturer of the same. , so that we can manage these operations as quickly as possible.
During the duration of the repair or replacement of the asset, the warranty period will be suspended. This suspension will begin when the product is made available to Canary Islands Luxury SL and will be maintained until the replaced or repaired product is made available to the user.
In the event that in the six (6) months following the delivery of the repaired product the defects initially occurred again, Canary Islands Luxury SL will be responsible for the repair, which is assumed for the same reason, unless proven otherwise.
If the product has been repaired or replaced and after delivery it continues to suffer from lack of conformity, the User may request the replacement or repair (which has not been carried out) of the product (unless it is disproportionate), the price reduction or termination of the contract, as required by law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a non-fungible asset cannot be replaced by others.
The User may request the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract when the replacement or repair of the product cannot be requested, or could have been done within a reasonable period of time. However, the termination of the contract will not intervene in the event that the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
In any case, the price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value that the product would have had at the time of delivery if it had been in conformity with what is indicated in the contract and the actual value at the time of delivery.
Warranty process: The User will have a period of two (2) months to inform about the lack of conformity of the product from the moment it occurred. After this period, however, the warranty will continue to cover the product and the lack of conformity, but the user will be responsible for the damage that this delay may cause or has aggravated.
When the product is made available to Canary Islands Luxury SL, the User must fill in an RMA document and attach it, duly signed, to the product, indicating the lack of conformity attributed to the product and send all the documentation to:

Products that have been intended for the user for purposes unrelated to their normal use or that have been used differently from the manufacturer's specifications and have suffered damage.
Products manipulated by the user or by third parties, as well as those that have undergone changes in their original configuration.
